Chocolate mousse


Chocolate mousse:
Two portions.

75 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon yogurt

Melt the chocolate. Whip the cream, then add the egg yolk and vanilla sugar. Mix in the yogurt into the chocolate, then mix it all together. Pour into serving bowls and place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
